Wedding Packages
Studio B Event Services, LLC.


Complete Wedding Coordination~ $1800.00 and up:
This package is designed for the couple (client) who wants to be stress free OR does not have
the time or resources to plan their wedding and seeks assistance from start to finish on all levels
(planning, budget, selection, accommodations, contacts, etc).  Included in this package is:
  • Coordination and budgeting of your wedding from beginning to end (recommendation of
    venue(s) and vendors)
  • Up to eight (8) in-person consultations with client including vendor meetings and venue
    site visits with client or on clients' behalf
  • Unlimited teleconference and email communication
  • Complete organization and decoration of the ceremony and reception sites as contracted
    (actual decorations are additional)
  • Communication with all contracted wedding vendors regarding specific wedding details
  • Invitation etiquette/advisement, collation and mailing (postage not included)
  • Favor collation and packaging (actual favors and embellishments are additional)
  • Maintenance of budget plan, wedding schedules and calendars to keep you informed of
    pending action items
  • Up to eight (8) hours of coordination on wedding day
  • Complimentary restroom amenity baskets
  • Complimentary use of small decor items owned by Studio B (client responsible for any
    items damaged at event)
  • Extensive decor management (placement of decor furnishings as contracted, placement of
    menu cards, place cards, portrait signature mats, and the like)
  • Ongoing advisement
  • Up to two (2) hours of Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Coordination/Direction
  • Itinerary for wedding participants and wedding vendors
  • Champagne Reception for Bride and up to twelve (12) bridal party attendants (Bride must
    secure the venue)

Partial Wedding Coordination~ $950.00 and up:
This package is designed for the couple (client) who has started planning their wedding, but
would like professional assistance and advice to bring it all together in the end.  Included in this
package is:
  • Budget Reflection
  • Initial walk-through of ceremony and reception site(s)
  • Assistance with vendor referrals
  • Up to four (4) in-person consultations with client including venue site visits and/or
    attending vendor meetings with client or on clients' behalf
  • Unlimited, teleconference and email communication
  • Communication with all contracted wedding vendors regarding specific wedding details
  • Invitation etiquette/advisement, collation and mailing (postage not included)
  • Client checklist (pending action items)
  • Up to six (6) hours of coordination on day of event
  • Comprehensive decor management (placement of basic decor furnishings such as place
    cards/seat assignments, favors and similar items)
  • Itinerary for wedding participants and wedding vendors
  • Up to two (2) hours of Rehearsal and Wedding Coordination/Direction

Month of Wedding Coordination~ $550.00 and up:
This package is designed for the couple (client) who has planned their entire wedding but needs
someone to assist on that 'special day'.  Included in this package is:
  • Up to two (2) in-person meetings within 4-6 weeks of your wedding to go over all of the
    details
  • Teleconference and e-mail communication
  • Site review (ceremony and reception sites)
  • Vendor review
  • Itinerary for all vendors to ensure everyone and everything is in place at the appropriate
    time
  • Comprehensive wedding management (placement of basic decor furnishings provided by
    the client such as place cards/ seat assignments, favors and similar items)
  • Up to four (4) hours of coordination on wedding day
  • Up to two (2) hours of rehearsal coordination/direction

A La Carte`:
We offer A La Carte` services for clients who only need/want specific services. Only need
decorations?  Invitations?  Programs?  Favors?  Photo Magnets?  Custom Napkins?  Aisle
Runner?  Banners?  We have nearly all of the essentials for your wedding!  We have ring bearer
and flower girl items, garters, toasting flutes/glasses, favors, magnets, napkins, ribbon, banners
and a plethora of other items--most of which can be personalized!  We offer discounts on most
of our wedding accessories (some exclusions apply).  We will discuss your 'wants & needs'
during our complimentary initial meeting and create a package JUST FOR YOU.  

Candy Buffet/Sweet Treats Buffet/Beauty Bar ~ $125.00 and up:
We offer a variety of unique serving displays, vases and apothecary jars and vases for the
buffet/bar of your choice.   The pricing below includes the rental of select glass serving displays,
apothecary jars and vases from our inventory.  Rental and Set Up of displays/jars/vases with
ribbon labeling and linens in a color choice which matches your event color scheme along with
personalized clear cello treat bags are additional as outlined below.   
Note:  Some exclusions apply; Actual candy, treats, beauty items and containers are additional.
Prices negotiable depending upon what services you may need.

8 Apothecary Jars and Vases:  $125.00 ($175 w/ set up, ribbon labeling, linens & cello bags)
12 Apothecary Jars and Vases:  $150.00 ($200 w/ set up, ribbon labeling, linens & cello bags)
15 Apothecary Jars and Vases:  $200.00 ($250 w/ set up, ribbon labeling, linens & cello bags)
*After use, leave the cleaning to us!  We only ask that you discard any leftover items but we will
clean the jars/vases*

Consultations:
Consultations are $50.00 per hour.  During the consultation, we will discuss your vision, provide
samples and photos of our work, and determine the services needed for your event.  Should you
decide to move forward with SBES, the consultation fee will be credited.

~Invitations and Accessories~
We offer custom Studio B invitations for all occasions.  We also offer 20% off select stationary from
our industry partners at Carlson Craft and Birchcraft,invitations, papers and accessories.  Click on

~Favors and Gifts~
We are authorized dealers for major wedding and event supply retailers.  We can offer favorable
discounts via our partnerships with Carlson Craft, Wedding Star, Lillian Rose, Shindigz, Bumpkins
