Studio B Event Services, LLC offers event packages for all occasions and ages such as parties,
graduations, anniversaries, soirees, engagements, milestones, showers, reunions & more!  If it's an
occasion to be celebrated, we can plan it!  We also have a plethora of coordinating event invitations
and decor to coincide with your celebration!  Let us help you plan the perfect celebration!  We're
ready to plan your unique and memorable event!

As you browse our packages, please keep in mind that if you do not see a package below that meets
your needs, we can create a custom event coordination package based on your 'needs and wants'.

PLEASE NOTE:  If your event will be at more than one venue and/or if you will have more than 150
guests, an additional SBES team member will be needed at a flat rate of $150; if over 250 guests, a
flat rate of $300 will be incurred.  
In addition, furniture placement/movement (tables/chairs at venue)
is an additional fee of $150.  
These fees are in addition to the event coordination package prices
outlined below.

Packages and pricing effective January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016

Complete Event Coordination~ $700.00 and up:
This package is designed for the client who wants to be stress free OR does not have the time or
resources to plan their event and seeks assistance from start to finish on all levels (planning,
budget, selection, accommodations, contacts, etc).  Included in this package is:
  • Coordination and budgeting of the event from beginning to end (recommendation of venue(s),
    vendors (entertainment, photographers, caterers, etc.)
  • Up to four (4) in-person consultations with client including coordinating and attending vendor
    meetings and venue site visits with client or on clients' behalf.
  • Unlimited, teleconference and email communication
  • Complete organization and decoration of venue (actual decorations are additional)
  • Communication with all contracted event vendors regarding specific event details
  • Invitation etiquette/advisement, collation and mailing (actual invitations & postage not included)
  • Favor collation and packaging (actual favors are additional)
  • Maintenance of budget plan, event schedules and calendars to keep you informed of pending
    action items
  • Up to five (5) hours of coordination on day of event
  • Complimentary restroom amenity baskets
  • Complimentary use of small decor items owned by Studio B (client responsible for any items
    damaged at event)
  • Extensive event management (placement of decor furnishings as contracted, placement of
    menu cards, place & escort cards, portrait signature mats, and the like)
  • Ongoing advisement
  • Itinerary/time line for event vendors and participants

Partial Event Coordination~ $550.00 and up:
This package is designed for the client who has begun planning their event or will be very involved in
the planning process, but still would like professional assistance and advice to bring it all together in
the end.  Included in this package is:
  • Budget Reflection
  • Assistance with vendor referrals
  • Initial walk-through of venue
  • Up to three (3) in-person consultations with client including coordinating and attending vendor
    meetings and go to venue site visits with client or on clients' behalf
  • Unlimited, teleconference and email communication
  • Organization and decoration of venue as contracted (actual decorations are additional)
  • Communication with all contracted event vendors regarding specific event details
  • Invitation etiquette/advisement, collation and mailing (actual invitations & postage not included)
  • Favor collation and packaging (actual favors are additional)
  • Maintenance of budget plan, event schedules and calendars/checklists to keep you informed
    of pending action items
  • Up to four (4) hours of coordination on day of event
  • Comprehensive event management (placement of basic decor furnishings as contracted,
    placement of menu cards, place & escort cards, portrait signature mats, and the like)
  • Ongoing advisement
  • Itinerary/time line for event vendors and participants

Month of Event Coordination~ $350.00 and up:
This package is designed for the client who has planned their entire event but needs an experienced
coordinator to assist on that 'special day'.  Included in this package is:
  • Up to two (2) in-person meetings within 4-5 weeks of your event to go over all of the details
    you've set in place and vendors you've hired
  • Unlimited, teleconference and email communication
  • Site review (in-person walk-through of venue)
  • Vendor review
  • Itinerary/Timeline for vendors
  • Up to three (3) hours of coordination on day of event
  • Comprehensive event management (placement of basic decor furnishings as contracted,
    placement of menu cards, place & escort cards, portrait signature mats, and the like)


Kids Party Packages (ages 1-12)~ $350.00 and up:
Our kids party packages are centered around the age and interests of your child.  You can choose
to have a same gender or a mixed gender party.  Our packages are all inclusive for up to twelve (12)
children at your home or venue of choice (secured by you) and you also get:
  • Up to two (2) in-person consultations
  • Walk-thru of party venue
  • Custom invitations mailed to each guest
  • On-site party hostess/coordinator
  • Complete party delivery/set up/breakdown
  • Beautifully decorated party area and kids table
  • Personalized table setting for each child
  • Themed interactive games, activities and/or crafts
  • Photo wall
  • Themed favors or treat bags
  • Use of themed props and accessories (tutu's, superhero capes, tiaras, over-sized faux candy, and more)
Some of our themed parties include:  The Butterfly Garden, Candyland, Fancy Soiree, FlowerPpwer,
Luau, Fairy/Princess, CircusCircus, MotorSpeedway, Sports, SuperHeroes, JungleSafari and more!
You can also choose to have your child's party centered around his/her favorite color or animated
character!  If you like, you can add-on additional items/services to this package.  Contact us!

An Intimate Affair ~ $425.00 and up:
This package is designed for an adult dinner party or adult gathering for up to twenty (20) guests at
your home or venue of choice (secured by you) and you also get:
  • Up to two (2) in-person consultations
  • Walk-through of event venue
  • Unlimited phone and e-mail communication
  • Vendor referral (lighting, catering, furniture, entertainment, etc.)
  • Custom invitations mailed to each guest
  • On-site party hostess/coordinator
  • Beautifully decorated dinner table, dessert table, bar area and decor furnishings within the
    party area (client to provide the table and chairs)
  • Personalized deluxe place setting for each adult
  • Deluxe party favor or favor bag for each guest


Candy Buffet/Sweet Treats Buffet/Beauty Bar ~ $125.00 and up:
We offer a variety of unique serving displays, vases and apothecary jars and vases for the buffet/bar
of your choice.   The pricing below includes the rental of select serving displays, apothecary jars and
vases from our inventory.  Rental and Set Up of displays/jars/vases with ribbon labeling and linens in
a color choice which matches your event color scheme along with personalized clear cello treat bags
are additional as outlined below.   
Note:  Some exclusions apply; Actual candy, treats, beauty items and containers are additional.
Prices negotiable depending upon what services you may need.

8 Apothecary Jars and Vases:  $125.00 ($175 w/ set up, ribbon labeling, linens & cello bags)
12 Apothecary Jars and Vases:  $150.00 ($200 w/ set up, ribbon labeling, linens & cello bags)
15 Apothecary Jars and Vases:  $200.00 ($250 w/ set up, ribbon labeling, linens & cello bags)
*After use, leave the cleaning to us!  We only ask that you discard any leftover items but we will
clean the jars/vases*

Consultations:
Consultations are $50.00 per hour.  During the consultation, we will discuss your vision, provide
samples and photos of our work, and determine the services needed for your event.  Should you
decide to move forward with SBES, the consultation fee will be credited.
